Our Story

OUR STORY

It was in 1997 that Robert Rivard, then an engineer in a large company in the telecommunications sector, decided to go into business to bring out his talent and his ideas: he then created his own consulting engineering firm, INFRASTRUCTEL. 

He would never have believed that more than 25 years later, then retired, he would see his firm employ more than 200 people... under the leadership of four partners, including his own son Etienne, now current President.

The urban and regional planning agency APUR is the branch of Infrastructel working in the disciplines of urban planning, urban design and landscape architecture.

This creative team of professionals is future-oriented with the goal of creating and realizing what really matters to communities.

Each intervention is guided by a community perspective, a celebration of creativity, a strategic thinking and planning, sustainability of interventions and projects, and built-in production capacity.
