Acquisition of Rochon Experts Conseils by INFRASTRUCTEL

Longueuil, October 23, 2019 - INFRASTRUCTEL, a leading engineering firm in the field of telecommunications and public utilities, announces today the acquisition of Rochon Experts-Conseils, an engineering firm specializing in the field of building mechanics and electricity. Thanks to this acquisition, Infrastructel is becoming a new force in the consulting engineering sector with more than 225 employees as of November 1, 2019.

For Etienne Rivard, CPA CMA, President and CEO of Infrastructel and its two partners, Kin Cheng, P.Eng. and Dominique Hébert, P.Eng., this is excellent news for both organizations, who share the same humanism and family culture.
