Scotti Gardens is a large-scale residential project developed on the site of the former John Scotti luxury car dealership in Repentigny. This modern residential development transforms a vacant commercial space into a dynamic new residential complex.

This project represents a major urban revitalization initiative, transforming a vacant commercial site into a new residential development that contributes to the smart densification of the neighborhood. Comprising four 24-unit buildings and eight 12-unit buildings for a total of 192 units, this project included a significant rehabilitation phase.

As part of this mandate, our civil engineering team carried out topographical surveys, surface creation, PCSWMM modeling for rainfall calculations, design of the stormwater, sanitary, and water systems, plans and specifications for all civil elements, support in preparing the call for tenders, and construction supervision.
