This hotel, located in the St-Roch district in the heart of Quebec City, is the second hotel of the chain. The building has 40 rooms with kitchen and living room, a wellness area, including a spa and a gym, meeting spaces, not to mention an entire level dedicated to a restaurant and an event space on the terrace roof. Eleven sotries high, the design of this building was carried out keeping in mind that the rooms could eventually be converted into condos. Client's comfort and energy efficiency were important concepts for our customer. Radiant heating is therefore omnipresent and the mechanical equipement is controlled by an intelligent system that optimizes its operation.
